1. Acceptance

By using FootballChat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You must be at least 16 years old to register. Keep your credentials secure.

3. Conduct

Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in account suspension.

4. Content

You retain rights to your messages. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content.

5. Privacy

6. Payments (USDT)

Payments are made in USDT on the Tron (TRC20) network only. By paying, you confirm that the network and token are correct.

Deposits: Wallet recharges of at least 20 USDT receive a 5% bonus credited to your balance. A recharge order holds a deposit address for 10 minutes; if payment is not received in time, the order is cancelled. Funds sent after cancellation are not automatically credited — contact support with the transaction hash.

Charges: Always send the exact or a greater amount; overpayments are credited to your balance.

Withdrawals: Earnings can be withdrawn to a TRON address (minimum 10 USDT). Funds are deducted immediately upon request and transferred manually within 1-2 business days. You are responsible for providing a correct address; transfers to a wrong address cannot be reversed. Withdrawals may be rejected (with refund) if fraud is suspected.

No chargebacks: Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. Refunds are issued at our discretion, normally only for failed or erroneous credits.

Availability: Deposits use a shared address pool; if all channels are busy, please retry shortly.

7. Gifts & Tips

Tips and gifts are paid from your main wallet balance. The platform retains a 40% service fee; the recipient receives 60%, credited to their withdrawable earnings wallet.

Gifts are available in fixed tiers: Rose $1, Cake $10, Trophy $20, Rocket $50, Crown $100.

Gift/tip payments are final and non-refundable. The platform may withhold or claw back earnings tied to fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of these terms.

Earnings can be withdrawn to a TRON (USDT) address with a 10 USDT minimum, as described in Payments above.

7b. Paid Rooms

Tickets: Entry to a paid room requires purchasing a ticket from your wallet balance (tiers: $1 / $5 / $10 / $20 / $50). The ticket amount is frozen on your account until the room settles. Re-entering the same room while it is alive is free.

Host settlement: If the room covers at least 90 minutes of the match, the host receives 60% of all frozen tickets (platform fee 40%), credited to the host's earnings wallet. Coverage is measured from the first ticket purchase until the room closes.

Refunds: If the room disbands before reaching 90 minutes of coverage, or the match is cancelled, all frozen tickets are fully refunded to your balance. If you are removed (kicked) from the room, your ticket is fully refunded and your seat released.

Host departure: The paid room's creator is the fixed host. If the host leaves, the room dissolves automatically and tickets are refunded or settled per the coverage rule above.

Prohibited: Buying and re-selling tickets for cash ("ticket washing") is prohibited; refunds are only credited to the original wallet balance. The platform may withhold settlements tied to fraud or abuse.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Outstanding balances on terminated accounts may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, and we do not warrant the accuracy of any match data, ratings, or third-party content displayed on the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootballChat and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you actually paid to FootballChat in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Germany. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections afforded by the laws of your country of residence.
